6 hens to go

We are tired of fighting mice in Colorado Springs & have 6 hens to give away. We know they are about 1-3 years old, 2 are laying but not sure which ones.

I can understand your frustration with the rodents. There are ways to control them. (both mice and their larger relative the rat.)
Both usually feed at night,, so removing feed securely after chickens are up on roost, is number one option. Keep feed you remove inside metal cans. In the morning, set feed back out inside run area. Also do not have water available during nighttime hours.
I use multiple cans to store my feed, and scratch,, as well as other feed (bird seeds)
There are also treadle feeders you may consider. @Al Gerhart can explain how effective they are.
Of course if you reached the end of the line,, and choose to rehome the hens,, Wishing you success. There are many out there needing hens to increase their flock size.
