Do you have others that age? Do they have combs beginning to get red? I had a EE that quickly became our favorite. She turned out to be a he...sadly we are not allowed to keep roosters so he was given to a friend who owns a farm. EE are known for there beautiful red saddle feathers or that's what I have heard and from all I have seen it is true. Jerrie or chicken started getting them around that age along with beautiful, grey/black tail feathers. Good luck!
