6 week old bantam cochin/white leghorn

I’m thinking this 6-week old is a Bantam Cochin/ White Leghorn. She has a similar body shape to my bantam white leghorn but lightly feathered legs. Unless someone has another idea? Any thoughts on gender?

He’s a cockerel. Where did you get him? Was he sold to you as a particular breed or mix?
