6 week old chick acting strange

Hello we have a flock of 15 we are also new to the world of raising chickens. one of the chicks is acting odd, she cant really hold her head up staggers and falls down. Shes able to eat and drink but has difficulty holder her head up for a long time. the only good comparison i can give is its almost as if she had too much to drink. They are in a coop and all others are doing well. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.

You've got them on chick starter (I assume) which has antibiotics. Most chick problems seem to be from what I've seen is vitamin deficiency. Go get some of that Sav-A-Chick supplement for it. It may have electrolytes in it too, I'm not sure.

Great thank you for the reply. Yes they are on a chick starter but with no anti biotics. We have been raising Alpaca and steer for a number of years and try not to give antibiotics unless needed. TSC sells Save A Chick so off I go. Thanks again and i will post results
