6 week old chick wings open head down

came home to my 6 week old chick with her wings drooping and open. She is sleeping with her neck stretched out. We are going on day three of this. She does not have runny eyes or a runny nose, her poop looks fine, I checked her vent, that looks clean. I woke up this morning and gave her a scrambled egg. Been giving her vitamins and electrolytes and keeping her warm. I attached a picture. Anyone have any idea what may be going on? Thanks for your help in advance!

Are temperatures warm where you are? Are you still using a heat lamp?
With everything else appearing normal could she be getting too hot?

It does sound like she may be too hot. Watch for symptoms of coccidiosis, such as lethargy, poor appetite, standing hunched or puffed up, and runny poops. Treat with Corid for coccidiosis.

I live by the ocean so it’s still a bit cold. 70 degrees during the day and 50 at night. I took her off the heat lamp 2 weeks ago because I keep them in the house at night.With this going on I moved my other ones to the coop. Her poop looks fine. Breathing seems fine I started her on sulmet late last night and she seems to be holding her head higher. Feed her a little cooked egg this morning. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance, my kids have been upset of course seeing her feeling that way.
