6 week olds. barred rocks hen or roo? help

I have got two 6 week old pullets they both didnt have but fuz or even tails feathers when I got them. There buts were sore and red from the other pullets picking at them. My question is why don't this one have a little feather tail? And the other black one dose?

Looks like pullets but the last pick has quite a comb already! Is it pink at all?

I'm going to say both are pullets for now, but the one on the left is looking suspicious with that comb and developing wattles.
