6mon Barred Rock - Still no eggs

I have 3 chickens - all 6mon old.
My RIR and other Barred Rock have laid daily since 4mon. This Barred Rock hasn’t laid an egg yet. Any ideas why?

Everyone Matures at their own rate. How do you know she's not laying? Have you done a pelvic check.

6 months isn't unusual. @WingItRanch has only 3/11 pullets laying and they are all a little over 6 months (or almost 7 if you want to count using february time ). I believe it is 1/4 barred rocks are laying.
