It looks like a pulled to me. I also think she's a Mottled Houdan, she has five toes.

Thanks for sharing this! I'd never heard of that breed - she came from a generalized "polish/crested" incubator, so I appreciate you sharing the breed she likely is. Google images of "Mottled Houdan" sure do align with how she looks!
