She has dark legs, they could be tinted green.

It is hard to tell. If the tail is black and the comb is single, it could be a Lakenvelder. I have some, and they (especially females from hatcheries) will have quite a bit of black between head and tail. If it is a Lakenvelder, it is a pullet. They are fast maturing and a cockerel would have a nice comb and wattles and probably be crowing.

True. But I can't tell from the picture exactly the color. Looks more dark slate to me than green. Like I said, if it is a single comb, it is probably a Lakenvelder. If it has a pea comb, probably EE.

With a single comb and dark legs, it could also be a splash andalusian, but if it is all black head and tail, it probably is a Lakenvelder.​
