7 day old chick in trouble

Hi - I am totally new to chickens and this morning we noticed that our 7 day old Maran didn't look so good. Her poop is runny and maybe red and white and she is very low energy. when the rest of the chicks go eat, she stays put. and when they bump into her, she gets wobbly. at one point she was breathing quickly - but was right under the lamp (the brooder is big so she could easily move to cool off.) I did see her drink today but not eat. So I'm not sure if there is anything I can do for her.
Also, should I be separating her from the rest of the girls? And if os, how do I do that? I have 7 total.

Can you partition off a corner of the brooder for her?

Is she on medicated feed? If there is blood in the poo, it might be coccidiosis. I'll leave the medication to someone with personal experience.
