7 month old doeling twins bleeding from vulva

I have two twin 7 month old doelings that I noticed had blood on their vulva. Is this normal? None of my other goats have any blood.
I tried to take a picture, but this was the best I could get.

I'm not a goat expert, but I do own goats.
Is there a possibility that they are in heat?-- not to be inappropriate, I'm coming from a helping standpoint not a joking standpoint.

I'm not sure if they are in heat.
I've owned other animals before and when they are in heat they will have bleeding. But is it common for young does to bleeding when in heat?

She is probably in heat! Is she wagging her tail a lot??

Yep! If you have horses sometimes they have blood and same with cattle
