7 month old drake ducks aggressive towards my 18 month old chickens

Separate the ducks from the chickens. Your chicken have stopped laying because of the stress. And, yes, a drake can kill an hen by breeding her.

Thanks! She seems to be fully feathered except for a few fuzzy looking feathers that are on her head. I have been weaning her off the heat lamp and putting her outside during the day to expose her to the other hens (in her own cage). Thanks for your reply!
