This little boy/girl initially didn’t have me concerned but is now starting to make random adult chicken noises at 7 weeks old. He/she is always keeping her sisters in line and seems to be the first one on the scene every time. In the bottom photo the bird in question is in the middle.

How do you know rooster? They look like hens to me based on tale shape and smaller comb? I’m not saying I’m right just wondering what your seeing.

Personality says a lot, also the tail is curved.
This is the chicken in question verus my EE roo when he was a cockerel.
