Yes, pretty certain because of the the feather color pattern and 3 row pea comb.

Ok, he just doesn’t really look like a cockerel to me but it could be the pic. I had a hen with 3 rows but I heard that’s super uncommon. Best of luck!

Thank you! Yeah, at first he didn’t look like one to me too. I really liked this one, but after doing lots researching and learning about the male color patterns, I knew I had a little roo. I didn’t want to accept it. He recently seems bold and cocky. When I wave my hand towards him, he was the only chick to stand it’s ground and ready to fight back with his neck feathers all flared out. Also, just yesterday morning, I noticed green iridescent tail feathers coming in.
