the top one has pullet coloration.

I'd like to see a picture of the bottom one from the side.

I agree with e pp. EE is a pullet and the OE a cockerel.

The EE is a pullet 100%, it's hard to say on the OE right now but that red comb has me thinking it's a cockerel.
