7 week old female duck

She started having a puffy stomach and now a ping pong ball size knot/cyst has came up by her left leg. She doesn't like to lie down but will. She is eating and drinking well. Can palpate knot.... doesn't seem to hurt her. The knot/cyst doesn't seem water filled it seems solid. Any suggestions. Vet not in area.

Went to check on her and her breathing has gotten very fast and very deep.
