Hi I posted on a different page but I want to post here too. Any suggestions for my smunhealthy looking silkies? They are with 15 other 7-8 week old mix of heritage chicks and none of them have are having issues so I think that rules out mites/lice or maybe mot? I have searched the ones that are easy to grab but the silkies run like wild. What else could it be?

They're either molting, likely getting in their adult feathers. Or getting plucked, from too tight quarters, boredom or wrong feed.

The coop is 8 x 12 and the outdoor space is 30 x 12 there are about 15 7 week old mixture of chicks they are on 22% Chick Starter but I've been adding some phase two starter to their food. Do silkies need different food?
