"BLUE" "PINKY"

So here they are side by side For comparison of physical characteristics.
ON THE RIGHT,
I don't see much except that PINKY (Red head) has a little darker upper beak, the head feathers have a more organized striped pattern and the nare is dark.
ON THE LEFT,
In comparison, BLUE, has little lighter upper beak and nare is lighter and perhaps a bit larger. The tip of the beak may be a tiny bit more curved down at the top beak tip and a little longer. The top head feathers are more random than the birds top feathers on the right.

Still, to me nothing stands out to me particularly. What does, is what you cannot hear. The one on the right is more voicestrous and whiney. They both submit when I pick them up.

so then Pinky (red head) on the right is male and the left is female?

Hmmm, I will have to look closer the. There is a notable difference that I can hear and that is that the red head does a purrrring or thrill sound. Also, she is smaller than the other
If it's trilling, then it's a cockbird, I have never heard a hen trill...similar to a male tidbitting sound. Males will only do that if a female is around....saying, "hey, look what goody I found! :D
