7 wk olds scratching alot

I've noticed our 7 wk old chicks scratching themselves alot. They also have some bald spots under the wings. I know they are getting they're feathers not sure if that has anything to do with it or might there be something else?

could very well be getting feathers then again might want to look them over real good for mites or lice. mites a very tiny and either blk or red they look like ground up pepper. lice are tanish and long where mites are round.. lice will be attached to the feathers, mites will be around the vent under the wings and around the face.
