7wk old mystery chick?

I got this mystery chick with my Murray McMurray order. I think that it's a white Plymouth Rock, but can't quite tell if it's female or male. In the baby chick pic it's like 5 days old.

Gotta love those Mystery Chicks from McMurray! Although, now that I think about it, I guess I'd rather have an extra chick of the breed I ordered like another hatchery does. Okay, that's not the main point, is it?

Main point: I think your little chicky is a male. Those Mystery Chicks almost always are.

Additionally, I think you are correct that he is a White Plymouth Rock. I went and looked at all the other "white" birds that McMurray sells and none would be shaped like that (not a Wyandotte(wrong comb), not an Orpington, not a Leghorn, not a Langshan (no feathered shanks), etc.). I don't think it's a White Jersey Giant because the legs would most likely be a willow-y color instead of bright yellow as your chick's are.
