8 week old pullet or cockerel?

Hi all! I have 8 week old chicks (my ladies were broody and a friend gave me fertilized eggs for them). I’m not sure the breed guessing just cross breeds but wondering what everyone thought. Thanks!!! (this is 1 of 4 chicks)
