8 week old roo losing feathers?

Just noticed that our eight week old roo has hardly any body feathers. We found him outside the chicken tractor, but he doesn't look injured (no blood, cuts, etc). I haven't noticed this before, but we have a bunch of chicks and I don't handle them every day. Please take a look at these pics and let me know what you think.

He's a partridge pendesenca.

are there any mites present?. what feed nutrition?

I'd say, if there are no mites, that you have a feather picker in the bunch!

Hmmmm . . . don't know about the mites. What do they look like? They are in a chicken tractor and moved every few days. They eat a starter/grower feed made by Green Acres.
