8 week old Salmon Favorelles

I’ve been going back and forth on this one for a while. About 8 weeks old from Ideal Hatchery. I’m leaning pullet with terrible coloring.

That is a lot of black on her, but I’m thinking you’re right. The small comb points to being a pullet

I figured by 8 weeks if it was a cockerel the comb would be more red/pronounced. But it’s my first time with this breed and (s)he’s the only one I have so not much to compare to.

So much black for a pullet but everything else looks like a girl. Very interesting girl/boy. Keep us updated please!
