8 weeks old molt?

My chicks are between 7 and 8 weeks old and ive been seeing long adult feathers in the coop. Nobody appears to have any bald spots and I haven't seen anyone picking on anyone either. Could this be a little soft molt?

Chicks go through about 3 mini molts before their adult plumage is fully in.
