Not eating
Lethargic just wants to sleep
Drinking good
Poop is dark green kinda watery, gloopy with alot of white.
Has enough energy to beat you with her wings

Checked throat see nothing
Crop was empty now has water in it
Checked vent its ok
Checked abdomen don't appear or feel to be egg bound.

Put corrid in water since eating and excessive drinking first suspect is coccidiosis.
Incase it's sour crop added some apple cider vinegar even if its not its still good for her.
Offered scramble eggs she picked them up had interest dropped it and won't eat.

Don't smell nothing foul in mouth
I have another chicken who has mites so all was treated yesterday for that.
She has opened her mouth a couple of times after drinking but doesn't do it another time.

Am I possibly missing something else? Anyone else have any suggestions? Pic of her on the chair just sleeping atm.

Dark green poop means she's starving herself, definitely not feeling good. Can you offer her raw yolk and also nutri drench. Is there any respiratory distress? Have you wormed them recently?

Ok definitely will do the nutri drench and yolk. was wormed last month so actually close to this time so should be safe to worm again thank you so much. I will try anything if it means her feeling better.

Here is a pic of her poop. Shes ate 1/2 the raw egg so far. Started moving around a bit still opening mouth some but i dont hear grugling or anything should i still q tip test her for gapeworm just incase?

Has she been laying eggs normally? Does the white urates in her poop look as yellow as in the picture? Have you checked in her vent for a stuck egg, and have you seen any shell-less or broken eggs in the coop or nests? Good that you are treating for possible coccidiosis, but don’t use ACV or any B vitamins while on Corid. If you have an antibiotic such as amoxicillin (aquamox found online,) it might be helpful if she has an early reproductive disorder or infection.

My hen had poop like that when she wasnt feeling well. Has she laid an egg today? If she didn't, can you give her a calcium citrate pill?
I can give the calcium pill. I don't think she laid an egg today I did check her I don't feel any she started feeling rough last night in the coop.

It's alil yellow now prolly because all she's been eating is the egg yolk? It's gloopy like yolk I did do less then a teaspoon of acv but did corrid after it prolly 10mins after. I have endofloxcin antibiotics. No shell less broken yes but because I have 2 who if they get inside want to eat the eggs so that's why they been getting vitamins. Should I soak her for a few just to be safe and rule out egg bound?

It would not be yellow because she ate egg yolks.
I would follow the suggestions made below.

And no. I would not soak her. Very hard to tell by bad photo, but she's in a bad way. Soaking could send her over the edge.
Work on hydration, get some calcium into her.

I agree with Wyorp Rock. Do not soak her if she is lethargic and weak. The enrofloxacin is good in case of a reproductive infection. Dosage if using the 10% liquid is 0.05 ml per pound of weight given orally twice a day for 5 days. Just be aware that it is banned for chickens, although some vets do prescribe it. I would use it since she is so ill. Do not use her eggs for 2 weeks. The yellow urates is not from eating egg, but can be a sign of liver issues or reproductive disorders.
