9 Month Old Easter Egger Still Not Laying

I got 3 EE's from MPC in April 2020 (all supposed to be girls), 2 have been laying since about October very consistently. One still is not laying, and hasn't even sown any signs that she will be laying anytime soon. She is top of the pecking order, if that matters. Any ideas as to why? I live in Louisiana, and we have not had a very cold winter either, lowest temps have been mid-40's (Fahrenheit)

She's a beauty, and going by the pictures about to start laying. Some just develop/mature slower than others.

I'm just confused because my others started exploring the nesting boxes and did the little squat too quite a bit starting about a month before they began laying. She's shown no interest in the nesting boxes and definitely no submissive squatting. My others also got a lot "nicer" and less aggressive as they got close to laying. This girl is the opposite. I don't think she's a cockerel but I'm wondering if it's possible that she could have some condition that prevents her from laying (I'm not even sure if that's a thing, but I want to help her if something is wrong)

Agree, that comb is really red. Should be laying any day! She looks pretty healthy. Beautiful!
