I have two who are 20 weeks and haven't yet laid -- I am guessing, thanks to Daylight Savings Time, that I won't see eggs from them till next March. Boo Hiss!!!

Ya, you got me. Mr. Peanut may never give me eggs, but the girls sure do seem to like him. He is the only packing peanut left from our last shipment of chicks. He sure is a looker though. Thanks guys.

I think you should have a long talk with......uh.......her...... about your desire for eggs. If that doesn't work, the egg dance will be necessary.


I will share the secret ritual that has been passed down for hundreds of years.


You must place a chicken feather behind each ear and hop in circles (this must be done in your front yard) while chanting, "eggs........eggies......egg.......eggies.......EGGS!", for a minumum of 10 minutes. You must also rub a brown egg on your head during this entire process. It works every time!
