9 week old with dirty head feathers?

One of our Polish chicks seems to be having trouble keeping her head feathers clean. It doesn't slow her down, and she is fine with all the other chickens. The others do not pick on her at all. (Maybe she is a rooster, not sure) Is there a way to clean them for her?

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to clean her poor feathers? I am at a loss.

no idea on how to clean their feathers, but now I want a Polish... their very cute looking, messy feathers and all
