Hi, crafty ladies - I posted this in the Holiday chicken block swap - I thought you might want to see it.
I had two baby showers in one week (great-nieces). I found this wonderful chicken fabric (one of the mommies speaks French) and made baby dresses. Now I'm making my four year old DGD her dress, but first, I made her dolly's dress. All the little girl dresses have covered gingham buttons for deco. I wasn't about to attempt a button that small for dolly! I got the fabric at JoAnns and I also saw a larger print - more vivid - with other chickens speaking French. Ooh la la! Oh, by the by, my DGD doesn't have an American doll - she has to wait til she's older - this is mine. For now she has a cheapo.
