Hello everyone,
I rescued three sweet Banties some 2 months back, out of which one rooster. Turned out he had some URI, or maybe airsac mites, because his crow was muffled and raspy. I took him to a vet, was given a shot of Ivermectin and a course of antibiotics. He now has a clean bill of health and a BIG voice for such a small bird. He is non- aggressive, a tad flighty, but coming around. He is a sweet guy and we all love him dearly, but we live in a tightly packed side street and I suspect that neighbors are not going to be too hot about his new found voice. Anyone in LA interested in this handsome fella? I know he is probably soup material in most chicken keepers eyes, but he is a character, handsome and funny and takes really good care of the girls. I hope I can find him a loving home. Check out the pics if interested!
