Is it normal to have a hen with an attitude ? My hen went after me today !!

& my other issue -How long do chickens eggs stay fertilized after mating with the roo ? i bought four silkies 2 days ago & i am almost positive that their eggs are fertilized. it looks like they have the bullseye but im not 1OO% sure..

Yes it is normal to have a hen with an attitude ( I have one that bullies my wife all the time ) - you'll just have to show her who's the boss. As for the fertile eggs I think the average is about 2-3 weeks after being bred by a roo. I have heard up to 4 weeks but I think after around 3 it becomes very unreliable. Someone with more experience may be able to clarify. Hope this helps!
