1. One Cayuga has angel wing. I have already tried resolving the issue by taping it, but a few hours later it is ALWAYS off and I can't seem to get it wrapped around the legs and still allowing walking. How old is too old to continue treating this?
2. At what age do ducks typically begin to lay eggs?
3. Where will she lay eggs? Will she use a nest box like the chickens? They all sleep together in the same coop (where there are 7 nest boxes) and then totally free range all day.
4. When does the little curled tail drake feather come in? Yesterday I noticed the duck that I thought was a girl has 2 little tail feathers that are curling up. They JUST curled....always been down before. The one I thought was the boy does not have any sign of curled feathers.
5. Any solutions to the issue of my ducks emptying out the entire gallon waterer every single night all over the coop floor?? I don't want to take the water out of their coop, but it is a concrete floor and I am getting sick of having to rake out the floor covering constantly because they soak it.
