Well, it's my turn to show off a little. Here are a few of my herd!
I ordered 5 Barred Rock pullets from Welp Hatchery. I got 6, lost one. Now this one in the first 2 pics is different: lots lighter, no shadowing on the legs. What gives? And the one little girl is just a tiny thing. She has to stand on her tip toes to reach the feeder!

Here's my not quite 6 week old Barred Rock. Is he a roo? The wattles are turning red.

Another shot of the same guy.

Little tiny Barred Rock, same batch as the 4, just little

Have to add one of the Bourbon Red turkeys. It's about 6 weeks old.

Just a guess here, since I am not an experienced chicken guesser.. could the first barred rock be a boy? I had heard that lighter down, more white in the feathering, lighter legs = roo. Not sure though, so don't find him/her a new home!!

Wow your little br sure is little!

They are beautiful! And isn't your turkey neat! Great job with your babies!

Oh they're cute, I dont' think I've ever seen a baby turkey - it sure is cute looking!

Queen: that's my thought too, that the lighter Barred Rock is a roo. Welp Hatchery had sent me 6, I ordered 5 pullets, so I think he is a bonus

He can stay unless he gets mean.

That first picture looks just like my Barred Rock around the same age. I got 4 babies, the RIR and the 1 barred Rock, I am thinking everyday that is looks more and more like a Rooster and it is so much bigger than the others. Got 12 more little ones and bought them all as pullets, we shall see. I would appreciate if anyone on here can tell for sure if that first picture is a roo, I am just not good at it yet!
