A few pics of my coop and run.

This is the almost completed run and coop my neighbor built me for a few beers. All I need to do is put down vinyl on the floor and secure the space under the coop as it sits above the ground. I am hoping to get some paver stones from my brother for that.

We used Hardware Cloth to cover the top of the run, but went with just chicken wire for the sides. I have lived at this house for 25 years and have never had raccoons. We do have cats from the neighbor hood wander in though.
So I think the chicken wire, buried underground around the run, should be sufficient.

The top of the run and coop are just under 6 feet tall. We shingled the roof.

I will also primer and paint this coop sometime before the rainy season.

Not a bad deal...brand new coop for a few beers! I need new neighbors

Make sure you paint or otherwise cover that chipboard. It is not weather tolerant and will swell and disintegrate.
