A frame run question

Free ranging on the outskirts of town is not working. Stray dogs have gotten too many of my girls. I am now building an A frame run. 16 x 16 (8ft tall).
I have a huge pile of corrugated tin that I can use. How much of the run would you cover? I was originally going to cover half of the run closest to the coop. Now I am thinking of covering the entire thing (but leaving 2 ft uncovered all the way around for ventilation).
Thoughts?

cant tell you what to do with an A frame... I have the side of my hoop coop covered to the ground on the side that gets the storms ( ours come from the south west.) and have 2 feet open on 2 other sides. totally open on the south face. But my girls free range so they arent locked in excet at night. You probably want yours to get a bit more sun.

That's a good idea. Thanks

The thing about A-frames, if you only partially cover the sides, it reduces the amount of coverage from rain. Might not be an issue for you tho.
