I worked at Essex farm a full food CSA in Essex NY. Its a great farm and I learned a lot I believe I will work their again next summer. I just wanted to let you guys know that Kristin Kimball who is one of the farmers and owners at Essex has written a great book! Please look up and buy The Dirty Life by Kristin Kimball.
