a green egg

I have RIR hens and SLW hens and to silkie hens. the silkies went broody this summer so i let them hatch out some eggs from the other hens. [ have a rir roo and what i thought was a slw roo] anyway one of the pullets started laying green eggs now. is it possible that one of the roos has a little EE in him from the hatchery but doesnt show it?or is it a second generation thing.

Seems very likely to me that your roo is an EE instead of a SLW. It's not just a second generation thing.

But by the way, congratulations! Green eggs are COOL!
