A lavender wha?!?!

So this was sold to me as a 3 mos. old lavender orpington cockerel. I am having my doubts. What do you all think?

He looks like a Lavender Orpington to me. Not great quality, though. Pretty boy, even if he isn't perfect!

I agree he's lavender, and a cockerel, but I'm not seeing ANY Orpington there. The whole body shape is wrong, and I think the skin color, as well.

The tail, conformation and comb are all wrong to me. It almost looks like an isbar....
