A lil Blood on egg

I went out to collect eggs this morning and found a little blood on the egg... I remember someone saying that they had eggs with blood on them but cant find the thread..... The egg that has blood is large... no more pullet sized eggs from that hen YAYYY anyways, could that be the reason... just gettting used to laying the larger eggs... its not alot of blood... but enough for me to ask about...

I just got a bloody one yesterday from my cochin. She looks fine and has never had a bloody egg before, so I'm not very worried about it. I've also gotten a few from my hamburg. They've been laying just over a month, so it's probably just that they are still immature.

Thanks eggcetra.... not really sure which one did it... checked the ones that I have laying and dint see anything wrong with vents... I will keep an eye on them though... I appreciate your reply.
