A little confused.

Based on the comb, a noticed one has a bit more red than the other one- Does that automatically mean its probably a boy or is there still hope of a pullet? 5 weeks old.

Maybe... speaking for myself, it seems to me, that if I ever look at a chick and think, 'Oh, is that a rooster chick?' it is. Time will tell.

It can be a good indicator, but don't automatically assume boy. In another week or so if it continues to grow and redden....post a picture! Good luck!

I thought that to, until I had to take a pullet out of the bachelor flock!
