A lot of blood, but no obvious injuries?

Went to put my girls in last night and one girl was in the corner on the floor keeping to herself. I got her out and she had blood all over her head. I immediately assumed another pecker her eye or head. I brought her in the house to get her warm and cleaned up and could fine NO visible injuries, I was puzzled. The only thing that possibly could have explained the blood was a barely visible almost split at the back of her comb. But it seemed too small of an injury to bleed that much. She was covered - her head, chest, and back of neck.

She seems ok now, is eating a little and drinking. I kept her in the house last night to let her rest and heal from whatever is happening. Her comb is very pale. Is this from blood loss? Would a small hairline split in her comb bleed that much? Should I be looking for anything else?

I provided her fresh water, her regular crumble, some apple, and a scrambled egg.

To rule out the blood transferring someone else's injury I checked all the others in the coop for injuries and found none.

The comb bleeds a lot. I had an aggressive rooster, and one day he spurred me so I whacked him with a stick. He stood there for a second, and then started GUSHING blood. A minute later I’m in the house hysterical while my mom cleaned him up— he had a little tiny cut on his comb. It was very dramatic and somewhat traumatizing... but he stopped spurring me at least.

But I would keep checking her out— is it possible she could’ve been bleeding out the mouth or something?

I checked her mouth but it was normal. It was a substantial amount of blood and I was for sure her head had a hole in it or something lol I used a warm paper towel and to clean her up. I kept wiping thinking eventually I would find this big open wound but nothing! I will keep checking on her. I was to keep her in until her color is back and she is eating more
