A lot of eggs

I'm in the same boat. I probably have 60 eggs sitting on my counter.

I just boiled 7. We had an omelette for dinner last night. Tonight it was fried egg and sausage patty on Hawaiian rolls. DH also has two eggs for breakfast and 2 boiled eggs, per day.

Only 60? I'm running out of places to put them. Turns out, I don't like eggs that much.

Holy cheese! 60 eggs? Gonna have to start finding more creative ways to use them. Face peels and sauces.

Hummm. Maybe I can peel two boiled ones and use them as stress balls. I'll go thru them pretty quickly that way .

We're at the point in this house that when I make eggs for breakfast all the kids groan. And guess what's sizzling on the stove right now?

And I just gave six dozen to my mom last week and one dozen to my neighbor...

I’ll have lots of eggs once I get my chicks and they start laying. I used to get 6-8 a day with 8 chickens, but I’m getting a lot more chicks, so lots of eggs coming! I also noticed you have quail eggs, what breed do you have? I’m interested in eventually getting quail.

my grandaughter loves something called cloud bread( i keep telling her it's just baked meringue) that uses egg whites only so i found a lemon pie recipe that uses just yolks. thankfully no one is tired of deviled eggs yet lol
