I am completely new to the world of chicks and have a week old chick that has what looks like a fractured toe. What should I do?

Can you get somebody to hold her with that left foot hanging down and get some better pictures of it?

Took her to an Avian Vet and she taped her legs together. Similar to the spraddle leg solution, however her injury was more like a sprain. We have been assisting her as needed to get to her food and water, separated her from the others, but gave her a buddy. Hopefully she will pull through okay.
