Hi My name is Alli I live up in the mountains of Góis Central Portugal ..I have bantams and muscovies . New to BYC have some experience with bantams only ..learnt A lot from reading BYC before joining . I live in a rural village ..have a good amount of land have rescue cats and dogs also ..I'm part way through studying advanced science in organic cosmetic formulation I grow all my own medicinal plants herbs and flowers all organic for hopefully launching a small indie brand doing the more unusual and forgotten for creams lotions tinctures soaps candles and many more ..My past has been as an Engineer for recording studios and a musician ..I have always lived rural and had Bantams ...with my 2 children and Husband ..moved to Portugal 11 years ago and love it .

Hi there and Thank you ...when in the UK had lavender blues leghorn all sorts Dunbar blues ..here I honestly have no idea ..I purchased 4 from a market last year white with grey speckles ..they bred the babies are grey and white with fluffy heads like a weird throwback ..the cock birds grey tails with green..and brown white bodies yellow legs have never seen anything like it
.sounds ridiculous..I asked what breed the guy just said bantam.
Very helpful but happy healthy birds..and very friendly . Best thing I can do is post some pics
