Greetings everyone! Just a newbie here from the Philippines.

Interested in backyard chicken raising and planning to start probably with a small coop. I used to raise native chickens before in our province when i was still a kid and may be i could try with this local breed again and try with other breeds later. :highfive:

Welcome! I like your nickname. Chicken adobo is one of my favorite chicken recipes. And lumpia. And lechon. And pancit. My brother married a Filipino girl, so I am familiar with Filipino foods. Unfortunately they have been dead for a long time, now. Manuela's father was the Philippines' ambassador to Rome, and the embassy threw parties quite often. The foods served were incredible, and so were the cigars.
