A question about twins

Hi I was wondering if I have an egg with twins? They are at 12 days and I can't tell if it has twins can anyone help me?

I don't think so only very large double yolk eggs can develop two embryos. Judging by the size of your hand that's not a double yolk egg. And the ones that do it is extremely rare that they survive long enough to hatch
