A saddle for a turkey hen?

Has anyone tried to make a saddle to fit a turkey hen? I have a friend who has a over zelous tom and the hen is looking pretty ragged. I wondered if a saddle would fix the problem.

Yes I made several turkey saddles for our Midget White hens.
They work great. I made them out of blue jean denium material.
