On the serious side. I would put "Pick no More" on her neck. They really seem to hate the taste of it. She won't be able to reach it, but it might be a good deterrent for the roosters.

I have one rooster and 20 hens. The hens are constantly having to put up with him. I cant imagine having more than one rooster. Wont the roosters eventually kill that hen?
