Abandoned chickens in my neighborhood

I found an abandoned Rooster and chicken this morning when I was walking my dog. My neighbor said someone just dropped them and left the other day. Can you come and get them and take them to a safe place to live? We are a townhouse community, it's no place for a chicken.

I live in N.E. Ohio , unless you live in Ashtabula area , No. but good luck with finding a home! best wishes . Welcome to BYC ! You might do well if you could post pictures and give some kind of location .
