Abandoned gosling ?

Hello! Tonight a baby goose has randomly appeared on my property I had stayed and looked around but no siblings and no mom has been found.

What can I do ! I am thinking of calling wildlife rehab if things go south but he is a very interactive and sweet baby.
I own over sixty poultry but none of them are geese ! I am completely new to geese and he's a wild goose at that.
I have put him in a small bin with a light (not heat lamp gotta find my bulbs) with some lettuce, grass and wet chicken food. I'll grab some duck and goose started tomorrow .

Any tips and comments are greatly appreciated I just want to make sure I'm taking care of him correctly for now at least

Call a rehab asap, not if things go south.
It's likely illegal for you to have, and it needs to be in the hands of a licensed rehabber, as soon as possible.

Was just talking to my friends about this twenty minutes ago and we decided that that's the best course of action. But it's nighttime and any rehab is about two hours away from me so it's gonna take a bit to get him there .
